"This program has been really amazing, I saw almost immediate improvement at my track meets battling against my own mind.I have also seen improvements in how I reflect after a game which used to be only negative."
Camrie I., 8th grade, basketball and track
"My daughter plays basketball and soccer. She decided to try this program out with Saylor to help with her mental game. For her the pressure to play perfect at an imperfect sport was difficult to come to terms with. Saylor and this program helped her set achievable goals, envision making the basket, stealing the ball, and shooting the goal. Although she has not mastered the pressure of perfection she has set for herself she is on the right road, and has the tools to help her achieve greatness in anything she does."
Shaunte L., parent of 7th grade athlete
"The mindset program has provided me with much benefit using different mindset and meditation techniques. Thanks to the program, I have been able to explore what ways of meditation and mindset training help me become better as an athlete. I am able to pick out certain ideas that i would like to contribute to a daily routine, and i’m given opportunities to hold myself accountable with habit tracking charts where I list off my goals and execution of these goals. When given such a wide variety of options to test out (such as envisioning myself performing in my sport, creating a “reset routine” to stay focused and on tack, or doing 10 minute pre game meditations to get in the zone), I’ve been able to figure out what works best for me personally and most importantly what I enjoy doing for myself! I think every athlete and person should be able to try out a mindset training like this one, because I have seen much improvement in my confidence and mindfulness since day one of the program."
Lyla H., 9th grade, volleyball
"I am so thankful for the work you have done/are doing with my daughter. As both her parent and coach it has been so nice to have some outside input helping her with mindset stuff. I have for sure seen her work through some big challenges in what feels like a really healthy head space. Playing on teams with girls that are older than her, both for her AAU season and NBC tour team, and being able to approach that challenge and work through feeling in over her head, to being in a spot where she could confidently approach the season and each practice working to get what she could from each opportunity."
