I started working out at Momentum Performance Training my Junior year of High school so I’ve been working with Tom about 5 years now. I was an athlete at the time, but I had never done any sort of lifting which is why I began going to Momentum Performance. Tom taught me proper lifting technique and to this day I have avoided any injury due to improper form. This is part of why I was drawn to Momentum Performance, I was given lots of individual coaching that was tailored to my strength goals. The other thing that drew me to Tom’s was how comfortable I was in the environment he has created for learning and performing new lifts. Everyone I’ve had the opportunity to work with at Momentum Performance Training has done nothing but encourage me and help me pursue my dreams.
